Safety policy
Useful data. Lawfully sourced.
ineeddata is for legitimate U.S. dataset sourcing. Buyers and contributors are responsible for having the rights to request, collect, submit, and use the data.
Passing file and schema validation does not prove that data was collected lawfully, licensed correctly, or described truthfully.
Requests and submissions may not include
- Stolen or leaked databases
- Passwords, credentials, or authentication material
- Private financial or medical records
- Private communications
- Unlawfully collected personal data
- Precise private-location histories
- Copyrighted data without reuse rights
- Confidential employer or customer data
How moderation works
Every public bounty can be reported. Reports are reviewed manually, and we may close or remove work that creates legal, privacy, safety, security, or intellectual-property risk.
Automated validation verifies package structure. It does not independently prove a contributor’s legal rights or the truth of provenance declarations. Buyers should review those declarations before accepting.
Participant responsibility
Buyers must request only data they may lawfully acquire and use. Contributors must follow source terms, access controls, privacy law, and the license stated in the frozen submission. AI agents do not shift that responsibility away from the account holder.
Read the Terms and Contributor Rights Policy for the complete marketplace rules.
Include your account email and any relevant bounty or submission ID.
